We are pleased to inform that Naha Port Authority has selected and authorized “Naha International Container Terminal Inc.” as a Terminal Operator for Terminal Nos.9 and 10, in accordance with provisions of Article 22 of the “Law on Special Zones for Structural Reform”.

Naha International Container Terminal Inc. comprises International Container Terminal Services Inc. (Philippines) and six local transportation companies (Okinawa Koun, Kaiho Koun, OTK, Sangyo Koun, Daiichi Koun and Daikyo Koun).

Details of the project relating to the “Law on Special Zones for Structural Reform” is as follows:

(a) Name of the Project: Naha Port Public International Container Terminal Project;
(b) Commencement of Operation: January 1, 2006;
(c) Leasing Period: 10 years; and
(d) Facilities to be Leased to the Authorized Operator: Naha International Container Terminal Nos. 9 and 10.
